Ingredients for Garam Masala

Pepper- 200 gms

Zeera / Cumin seeds – 100gms

Dalchini / Cinnamon – 50 gms

Moggu (Marathi Moggu) – 25 gms

Bada elaichi – 250 gms

Dry Ginger – 250 gm

Tej Patta – 5 nos

cloves – 25 nos

 

Method

Dry roast all the ingredients one by one and grind them into a smooth powder.

Store the garam masala in air tight container.
