Potato : 1 Kg
Water : sufficient to boil the potatoes
Salt : To taste
Refined Oil : to fry
White Pepper : To Taste
Peel the potatoes and dip the potatoes in cold water to avoid discoloration.
Cut the potatoes in elongated shape.
Boil the water with salt and par boil the potatoes
Drain and allow to cool.
Heat oil and deep fry the potatoes till golden brown.
Sprinkle salt and pepper powder before serving.
