Ingredients for Sambhar Powder
Dried Red Chillies – 350 gms
Coriander seeds – 350 gms
Black Pepper – 3.5 gms
Turmeric – 7 sticks
Chana dal or bengal gram dal – 1/2 cup
Toor Daal – 1 cup
- Grind the ingredients and mix the powders together well.
- Keep it air tight containers.
