How to make sauteed vegetable?
Broccoli – 200 gm
Carrot – 200 gm
Beans – 100 gm
Cauliflower – 200 gm
Baby Corn – 200 gm
Butter – 20 gm
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
- Wash and cut all the vegetables in equal sizes
- Blanch all the vegetables keeping in mind their texture and color separately.
- Toss all the vegetables in butter and adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper.
You can also add other vegetables of your choice like potato, onion, cauliflower, cheese, green peas, boiled chana and sprouts too.
If you like herbs then you can add thyme leaves or basilic leaves while stir frying the vegetables.
It can be a accompaniment to the buttered sandwiches or eaten just like that.
